Late Payment Surcharge

A late payment surcharge of 10% will be applied to overdue maintenance charges for houses.

Standard Fee: PKR 10,000/- per Marla

House Map Design Vetting Fee (Applicable if architectural services are not availed from MIDCITY Housing’s Design & Project Management Department)
Vetting Fee: PKR 10/- per sq. ft.

Possession Charges up to 8 Marla is PKR 95,000/-
Possession Charges up to 12 Marla is PKR 150,000/-
Possession Charges up to 16 Marla is PKR 225,000/-
Possession Charges above 16 Marla is PKR 300,000/-

Yes, Our project is 100% eligible for all kind of house construction finances from all banks and House Building Finance Company (HBFC).
